Georgia real estate classes are designed to be the first major step in obtaining
your Georgia real estate license. We have been offering these classes
since the school was founded in 1974 and have trained
thousands.
Getting your real
estate license is one of the few licensed professions whose designation can
be gained so quickly. At our school you can complete the class in as
little as 7 weeks!

What Type of License Will I Receive?
Licensing is done through the state. All
licenses in GA are essentially the same with the exception of a broker's and
assosiate broker's license.
Basically, a real estate license in Georgia will allow you to sell real
estate and earn commissions on residential and commercial properties anywhere in
the state.
Our classes are approved by the
Georgia Real Estate Commission and are designed to satisfy the 75 hour
inclass
