Tonya Bothe
Real Estate School Coordinator and Instructor.

Tonya is the daughter of Bob Wood, founder of Bob Wood Real Estate School. A real estate licensee for over 21 years, Tonya obtained her BBA degree in finance from the Terry College of Business at UGA in 1993, graduating summa cum laude with honors. She went on to obtain her law degree from Samford University in 1996, graduating cum laude and writing on the Cumberland Law Review. While in school, she was honored as a Cordell Hull Teaching Fellow, charged with the responsibility of teaching fellow law students on legal research and writing.

Bobby Wood
Real Estate School Director.

Bobby is the son of Bob Wood, founder of our Georgia real estate school. During grade school, Bobby worked part time at the real estate school and at Bob Wood Realty Company sharing his Generation X expertise in computers and information technology. While attending the University of Georgia with a concentration in real estate at the Terry College of Business, Bobby obtained his Georgia real estate license. In addition to working full time in the day to day business of the real estate school and real estatebrokerage alongside his father, Bobby went on to becoming a real estate loan

Louise Hudder
Louise Hudder is a real estate salesperson and Georgia Licensed School Instructor. A resident of Gwinnett County since 1976, Louise has been active in real estate since 1999. Prior to her real estate career, she was involved in software training, support and sales for over 25 years. She is currently an active member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors, with the last five years being a member of their Million Dollar club. Louise is also a member of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association. She and her husband Kam have a married daughter, a married son, and four wonderful grandchildren.
Roy Jones
Mr. Roy Jones has resided in Gwinnett County since 1971. Roy obtained his real estate salesperson's license 35 years ago. After being licensed for three years as a salesperson, Roy went on to obtain his associate broker's license. Over the last 32 years, he has maintained his associate broker's license. He has years of experience in the real estate industry. Roy worked as a real estate branch office manager for 24 years and has been a prelicense instructor for 23 years. He is a active member of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association. Roy and his wife Julia have been married for 52 years; they have three grown children, three grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Liz Vanover
Elizabeth (Liz) Vanover, a native Atlantan, has been with Bob Wood Realty since 1994. Prior to that, she was an Executive Secretary fro an international company and upon retirement became a full-time real estate salesperson. Liz is a licensed instructor with the Georgia Real Estate Commission and is a member of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association. Liz has two grown sons, three grandsons, two granddaughters, and one great grandson. She enjoys doing volunteer work answering the phone at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth and for Alsac, the Norcross office of St. Jude's Children Cancer Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Liz has also been active in the Duluth Fall Festival for over twenty years.
Paul Wiley
Paul Wiley is a licensed real estate instructor with A Bob Wood Real Estate Academy, as well as a real estate salesperson with Bob Wood Realty Company. A native of Atlanta, he has lived in Gwinnett County since 1983. Mr. Wiley has been adctive in real estate since 1994. Prior to his real estate career, he worked for 16 years as a consultant for rural electric cooperatives. Paul is currently a manager at the Bob Wood Realty Sugar Hill office. He is a member of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association (GREEA) and the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors (NAMAR). Paul resides in Duluth with his wife and two sons.

Tonya Bothe Continued After internships at the Gwinnett County Courthouse, Hogan Smith & Alspaugh, Frank Ferrish PC, and the Alabama Title Company, Tonya returned to Norcross, GA to oper re own real estate closing practice. After closing real estate loans for 8 1/2 years as a title representative for both First American Title Company and Stweart Title Guaranty Company, Tonya joined as the real estate school coordinator and Bob Wood Realty as broker after her father's unexpeced passin in 1004 and closed her real estate law practice. Tonya also teaches real estate classes as an adjunct professor of real estate at the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. She has over 7 years direct experience as a real estate broker and is licensed as a real estate instructor by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Tonya is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, State Bar of Alabama, the National Associan of Realtors, The Georgia Association of Realtors, and the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors. She resides in Sugar Hill with her husband and two sons and is currently president of the Riverside Elementary School PTA

Bobby Wood Continued officer at a family mortgage company. After Bob's unepected passing in July 2004, Bobby stepped into a different role with business, one Bob had planned, but much earlier than planned. Since that time Bobby has been director of the real estate school and is broker of Bob Wood Realty Company of Atlanta.
