The cost for the real estate online class is $275 and requires a test to be taken at the end. The test and a retake is included in the price.

The final exam must be proctored by someone at our facility. Once completed with the online real estate class, you can call us up to register to take the exam. Exams may be scheduled for any day that we are open (typically Monday-Friday 9am-5pm). We are required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission to give you 4 hours for the exam. When you have completed our online real estate license class, please call 770-449-4410 to schedule a time for the exam, please give us atleast 48 hours advance notice before you are ready to take the exam. The final exam is 150 questions and will be graded while you wait. We will notify the state real estate testing facility of your passing grade, and you will be allowed to register for the state exam at that point.

Time Limit our Georgia online real estate class has a 6 month time limit from the time you register for the online class to complete it. If you need additional time, a 3 month extension may be purchased for an additional cost. Call 770-449-4410 if your class has run out of time. Should you allocate your time wisely for the real estate online class, you should be able to finish in a reasonable amount of time. The online class is designed to take 75 hours to complete.

There are no printed books and materials this is strictly an online class. If you would like to purchase a real estate prelicense class book you may give us a call. The class is timed by online usage, so extra time spent studing outside of the online class will not count.
