Our Real Estate Class Guarantees
NO CLASS CANCELLATION GUARANTEE:
Tired of registering for a prelicense class with a real estate school only to hear that class has been canceled due to low registration?
We, at A Bob Wood Real Estate Academy, understand your frustration. Beginning January of 2012, A Bob Wood Real Estate Academy will begin
offering classes with a NO CANCELLATION GUARANTEE. Yes, that is right . . . . we will
not cancel a class indicated as a guaranteed class
regardless of the number of students registering for the course. So, if you are the only registrant for the class, you get a private 75
hour class at no additional cost! And, to reinforce our guarantee, if we do cancel a class indicated as a guaranteed class, we will
refund your tuition times two! So, what are the catches:
1. Our no cancellation guarantee only applies to those classes indicated as
a guaranteed class on our online course schedule. Not every
instructor is willing to teach a class of one, so we, unfortunately, are not able to offer this guarantee on every class . . . yet.
2. Your registration must be completed 7 calendar days prior to the start of class. While we would like to guarantee registrations up
until the start of class, we do have to plan our classes, make copies, order books, etc. Registrations are accepted up until right before
the first day of class, registrations less than 7 days prior to the start of class are not eligible for the no cancellation guarantee.
If you are registering within 7 days of the start of class, you may contact the office for class size information, etc., to make your
decision on registering for the course without the guarantee.
GUARANTEED TO PASS:
While we cannot guarantee you will pass your prelicense class or just give you a passing grade, both of which are prohibited by the
Georgia Real Estate Commission, A Bob Wood Real Estate Academy can offer you the guarantee, "If you attend one of our live prelicense
courses and do not pass, you may retake our live course until you do." Please understand that we can only offer this guarantee for
those not passing as a result of their course grade. This guarantee does not apply if your reason for not passing the course is
attendance or participation related.
